Joe Smith on Ducati

This is a 9" x 12" monochromatic drawing on a white Strathmore 300 Series paper. Shades of black and various gray Prismacolor and Derwent pencils were used. The original photo of Joe Smith on his bike was switched with a Ducati bike. The backgound was created by blending the monochromatic colors together. It took 39 hours to complete this piece. The art has been treated with UV Archival Satin Varnish. Completion date is May 3, 2023.
